Ross focusses on company law, dispute resolution and the legal issues arising when dealing with central and local government decision-makers on a wide range of civil matters.
Earlier in his career, Ross worked in Wellington on tax and later resource management law. He has broad experience also as a public policy advisor working in The Treasury and other central agencies and as a consultant. He was Chief Crown Negotiator for Treaty Settlements for over a decade.
Ross has a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Science (Honours) from Canterbury University. He has two adult sons. Ross enjoys mountain running, sea and white water kayaking as well as being an extreme vegetable gardener.
